Comfortable stay with a pleasant view of the roundabout. The breakfast was delicious, and they accommodated our requests. Despite the occasional inconveniences such as an old air conditioner and limited parking, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Satisfied.
The room given to us was a bit noisy as the hotel located beside the road.

They had everything we wanted for our vacation, we loved the comfort and the food. Bukit bintang was 1 mile away, perfectly reachable. Free Wi-Fi was very effective. 12 miles from the airport
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I had a really great stay at this hotel! the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Izra at the reception. They made me feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Secondly, the hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the city center and major malls. It made it really convenient for me to explore the city and do some shopping. Additionally, the rooms were just like in the photos - clean and comfortable. I loved having the option of a room with either a large bed or double single beds. Lastly, the breakfast was surprisingly good despite the limited options. It was a delicious start to my mornings!
I honestly couldn't find anything to complain about, everything was great!

We enjoyed the hotel's cleanliness and great location near a mall and easy to find taxis. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
Nothing that we didn't like.

For the price, it was great to have two coffee vending machines in the lobby. , the massage chair was an unexpected and welcome treat. The hotel's location near major highways made getting around the city convenient, and there were lots of affordable dining options within walking distance of the hotel.
The rooms were a bit cramped and the noise from the highways was a constant issue throughout the day and night. The hallways smelled bad and were littered with cigarette butts, and the breakfast options were very limited.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. It is conveniently located close to several shopping areas and the local rail station, making it a convenient choice for both work and leisure travelers. The rooms, although not exactly like in the photos, are still comfortable and equipped with basic amenities like double single beds and coffee. The breakfast served at the hotel was surprisingly good, despite the limited options available.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The room rate was very affordable, especially considering the central location near the Pudu LRT station. As someone who needed to travel to various shopping malls and conduct business in the area, the hotel's proximity to these destinations was very convenient. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room, including a comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi, met my needs perfectly.
The only small improvement I could suggest is to update the photos of the hotel as they didn't exactly match the actual rooms.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to the city center and not far from a mall. It is easy to find a taxi and travel around with friends who have their own transport. Despite being noisy due to the hotel’s proximity to the highway, the rooms are well equipped with free wifi and a great shower.
The breakfast is not up to standards and could use improvement.

The room was cheap and clean, which was perfect for our budget-friendly Thanksgiving trip. the breakfast offered was satisfying with eggs, noodles, toast, and jam. the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions and transportation hubs, making it easy to explore the city.
the walls of the room were incredibly thin, making it difficult to sleep through the noise of neighboring guests.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
